2026 Annual Homeowner's Meeting:   Tuesday Feb 17, 2026 at 7pm.   This meeting will be via zoom.   

Abbreviated Agenda and Order of Business 

1. Calling of the roll and certifying of proxies

2. Proof of notice of meeting or waiver of notice

3. Reading and approval of minutes of preceding meeting 

4. Election of directors 

5. Reports by Directors.  

   1. Review Financials and 2026 Assessment

   2. Property Maintenance Needs  

   3. Compliance Issues 

   4. Volunteer Opportunities 

6. New Business – need a homeowner to volunteer to audit 2025 Financial Records. 

7. Adjournment

Open Board Meeting:  Tuesday Feb 17, immediately following the Annual Meeting.   This meeting is also via Zoom.

Agenda:  Assign the offices of President and Treasurer.
